Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Return & Refund Policy applies to walking programs and services purchased from Youthyoung, located at 48 W 39th St, New York, NY 10018. We handle all requests fairly and in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws, including New York General Business Law.
2. Trail Starter ($45 USD)
Full refund available if you cancel within 14 days of purchase and have not attended your first guided walk. After your first walk, remaining sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with 48 hours advance notice.
3. Urban Explorer Pass ($29 USD/month)
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused days within an active month. To cancel, email mailuse@youthyoung.world or call +1 (212) 290-2289.
4. Annual Pathfinder ($249 USD/year)
Full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have attended no more than two walks. After 30 days, prorated refunds may be considered for unused full months on a case-by-case basis.
5. Private Group Outings & Corporate Sessions
- Cancellation 72+ hours before scheduled walk: full refund
- Cancellation within 72 hours: 50% cancellation fee
- Rescheduling: free with 48+ hours notice
6. Weather & Club Cancellations
If we cancel a walk due to severe weather or safety concerns, you may choose a credit toward a future walk or a full refund for that specific session.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email mailuse@youthyoung.world or call +1 (212) 290-2289 with your name, program purchased, purchase date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve your concern directly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of membership.
